When the footage isn’t perfect and someone asks, “Can we fix that?” — that’s where we come in.

Here’s the thing about fixing video that most people don’t realize: it’s not like fixing a photo. Open a still image in Photoshop (or heck, your phone) and you’re editing one frame. Video is 24 or 30 of those frames — every single second. Fix one, and you’ve got 23 more to go. Fix a five-second shot, and that’s over 100 frames that all need to match, frame by frame, so the “fix” is invisible.

We love that challenge.

Did the boom operator fall asleep and dip into the shot? Did the director miss the soda can that shouldn’t be in the lab? Almost every shoot has a shot that is nearly perfect if it wasn’t for ____. That’s where awesomeness comes in.

We’ve changed the color of a wall — mid-brushstroke, while someone was actively painting it. We’ve removed logos from clothing and trucks, swapped out label wording on a rolling spray can, and scrubbed sensitive information out of shots that wouldn’t sit still. Moving subjects, moving cameras, moving problems — doesn’t matter. If it’s in the frame and it shouldn’t be, we can probably make it disappear.
